• Introduction
      1. The following Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Bridge Big B.V. (“Bridge Big”). The scope of these Terms and Conditions apply to your use of any and all Games, Software, Websites and/or Services provided by Bridge Big B.V. (hereinafter together referred to as the “Services”). By using the Services, you are indicating your full understanding and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
      2. Bridge Big B.V. (“Bridge Big”, “Company”, “We” , “Us” or “Our”) is a private company with limited liability incorporated in The Netherlands and subject to Dutch law, having its registered seat at Bergweg 359-A, Rotterdam 3038 AA, The Netherlands.
      3. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the terms on which you (“You”, “Your”, “Player”, “The Player”) may use the Services offered on Our website https://bridgebig.com (the “Site”). You may not register on the Site, set up an Account or play the Games (as defined below) until you have accepted the Terms. Once you have done so a contract will be in place between you and the Company on these Terms.
      4. We may modify or amend these Terms at any time. Notification of such changes will be posted on the Site together with a date from which time they will apply. If you use or continue to use the Site and/or the Games after the expiry of the date set out in such notification, you will be deemed to have accepted such modifications or amendments (and your contract with Us will be amended accordingly).
  • Player Account
      1. During registration you will be asked to provide Us with personal information about yourself (including but not limited to your name, email address and country of residence).
      2. You may participate in any of the Games and Tournaments only if you are over eighteen (18) years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence.
      3. You agree to provide only true accurate complete and current information and further agree to update this information to keep it true accurate complete and current.
      4. You are allowed to have only one Player Account.
      5. Whatever name you choose as your nickname must not be offensive, defamatory or in breach of any third party rights. We reserve the right to change your nickname with immediate effect.
      6. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure and confidential.
      7. The Company is not responsible for any theft, abuse or misuse of your Player Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
      8. Player will use the Site and Player Account only for Player’s own private, personal use and not for any business or commercial use, and not for use by others or as part of a professional or coordinated syndicate. Granting Player Account access to any other person, or sharing accounts between multiple people, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for account suspension or closure.
  • The Games
      1. The Company may add new Tournament types to those available on the Site from time to time. We aim to give you notice using announcements on the Site of any changes to the Games, but We are not required to do so.
      2. You agree that We and Our records shall be the final authority in determining the outcome of any Game. If there is a discrepancy between the result showing on the site and our server, the result showing on our server shall govern the result of the Game.
      3. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site or of the normal playing of any of the Games.
      4. You must not use any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive, racist, harmful or obscene language or conduct in connection with your use of the Services.
      5. Abusive or disruptive language in chat windows or any other medium on the Site is strictly forbidden.
      6. The Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any person to participate in any gaming activity.
      7. In the event of any dispute regarding a Player’s alleged entitlement to receive any winnings or pay any financial obligations, the decision of management of the Company will be final and binding in all respects.
  • Fair play
      1. You must play as an individual. Each Player is only allowed to have one player account with Bridge Big.
      2. Any Player determined to be playing as part of a professional or coordinated syndicate, playing on multiple accounts, or in any way in collusion with any other player will be banned, all winnings will be void.
      3. The Services are for use by humans only. Players who use or attempt to use any computer, software or process which either constitutes an unfair playing advantage or automates game play in any way are subject to immediate forfeiture of their Player Account.
      4. Players are prohibited from utilizing an external resource which is designed to provide the Player with an Unfair Advantage over other players. These external resources include third-party software applications and databases as well as websites, web-based databases, subscriptions services and the assistance of any other person regardless of whether or not that person is also a Player.
      5. We define “Unfair Advantage” to mean the obtaining and/or compilation of any information about other players other than that which the Player has personally observed through Player’s own gaming activity.
      6. The Player agrees to allow Us to actively pursue the detection and prevention of Unethical External Assistance including, but not limited to, the identification and reporting of software applications running concurrently with the Software or Websites.
  • Declaration by Player
      1. Player understands that it is the Player’s responsibility to report any personal income from playing activity to local tax authorities and that Bridge Big will neither make such reports nor withhold any portion of Player earnings to cover tax liabilities.
      2. Player understands Player is solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes, duties and fees on earnings from gaming activity.
      3. Player agrees to receive as-needed email correspondence from Bridge Big for the purposes of managing Player’s Account and resolving technical or financial issues. These emails will be to address items relating to Player specifically and, occasionally, to address issues concerning the general player community. Player will maintain, in Player Account contact information section, an accurate, up-to-date email address for receiving such notices, and acknowledges that it is Player’s responsibility to frequently check that email account for messages from Bridge Big.??
      4. Player agrees to receive occasional email correspondence from Bridge Big for promotional or survey purposes. This optional correspondence can be stopped by Player with an opt-out request. However, if Player opts-out, Player acknowledges that Player is ineligible to receive the promotions, bonuses and rewards that are offered through these emails.
  • Intellectual property
      1. The Software is the property of Bridge Big.
      2. Player may use the Software and Website for online play only on Bridge Big servers.
      3. Player agrees not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software or any part thereof or to create, publish or distribute derivative works from the Software or Website.
      4. Furthermore, use of Software or Website for the recording of player activity (data-mining) for the purposes of resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
      5. You agree that Bridge Big may use your name for promotional purposes.
      6. Where you provide any comments, suggestions or feedback (including any enhancements or modifications) (“Input”) to Bridge Big concerning the Site, the Games and/or the Software all such Input shall belong to Bridge Big and you agree (at Bridge Big’s expense but otherwise without further financial compensation) should Bridge Big so require, to execute any document and do any thing reasonably required by Bridge Big to assign and give Bridge Big the benefit of any right and title in and to such Input (until such time you will hold any such rights on trust for the benefit of Bridge Big). Further, you waive any rights known as moral rights and any rights analogous thereto which you may have under any applicable law in your Input.
  • Indemnity
      1. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Us, Our parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers harmless for any suit (including in respect of any liability, damages, costs or claims) arising out of or in connection with your failure to observe these Terms, or your failure to observe any applicable laws or your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

  • Disclaimer and limitation of Our liability
      1. Your access to any part of this Site, Software and participation in any Games on this Site is at your own risk and expense. The Websites, Software and Services are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether expressed or implied.
      2. The Games and Software are provided to you “as is”. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied (whether by law statute or otherwise). Without limitation all warranties, terms and conditions relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and satisfactory quality are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      3. We do not warrant that access to the Site and Games or its operation will be uninterrupted or error free.
      4. To the extent permitted by law, We expressly exclude any liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with the Site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of Our Site, the Games and/or the Software.
      5. Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury arising from Our negligence, nor Our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
      6. Disconnections can and do occur. The treatment of disconnections will be subject to any disconnection policy in place from time to time. Bridge Big shall not in any way be held responsible for acts or omissions made by Player’s telecommunications service provider through whom Player has gained access to Bridge Big servers, websites and software.
      7. Bridge Big shall not be a party to any dispute between Player and any service provider, nor shall any such dispute have any effect on the obligations of Player under this Agreement.
      8. Your statutory rights as a consumer (if any) are not affected by these Terms.
  • Termination
    1. If Player should breach any provision of this Agreement or if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that Player has breached them, the Company reserves the right to block, suspend, or close Player’s Account, withhold payment of any winnings and apply such funds on account toward any damages or financial obligations incurred by the Player.
    2. Player acknowledges that Bridge Big shall be the final decision-maker of whether Player has violated this Agreement in a manner that results in Account suspension or permanent barring from participation in all games and tournaments.
    3. Player may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying The Company in writing. Upon receipt of termination notice, Player’s Account will be closed and the terms of this Agreement shall remain in force for an additional 180 days.
    4. ??At its sole discretion, The Company may terminate this Agreement and the Player’s ability to use the Site and Software at any time and for any reason, and in particular in case of any activity that may harm Bridge Big or other players including, but not limited to: fraud; abuse of promotions or privileges; misuse of Software and Site; or frivolous or unsubstantiated claims.?
    5. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.
